NetSupport Inform is a powerful training tool based on the award winning NetSupport Manager Remote Control package.
Two components make up the NetSupport product. These are:
ï¿ The Tutor Program. (Also called the Control program)
ï¿ The Student Program. (Also called the Client program)
NetSupport Inform benefits Tutors who use a computer network to train Students in the use of Computer Applications and other packages.
NetSupport Inform allows them to display the screen of their workstation on the screens of their Student's workstations without the need for expensive video splitters and additional cabling.
What is more, unlike a video splitter NetSupport Inform is a two-way product. Once the Tutor has completed showing their screen they can choose to view the screens of individual Students as they complete exercises on their own workstations.
NetSupport Inform can be seen as the modern equivalent of a Language Laboratory that allows a Tutor to interact with Students.
